Shipping Policy

FREE shipping if purchase exceeds $100 - Exclusions Apply

Free Shipping is included for purchases made when purchase amount exceeds $100. This will automatically apply at checkout. 

Free shipping is NOT applicable to custom orders exceeding $200 in total value. Shipping costs for such orders will be detailed below for your reference.

If the free shipping threshold is surpassed for your custom order(s), upon completion, you'll receive an invoice for shipping costs. Payment is due within 5 calendar days to proceed with shipping. Once paid, you'll receive a receipt and your tracking number via email or text.

PLEASE NOTE: Failure to complete the sent invoice within the allotted time frame will result in the order being forfeited and cancelled.

Shipping & Handling

Please allow 2-5 business days for your items to be packed and shipped safely to you. Some customs may may take longer if additional packing supplies are needed to ensure secure protection of your item.

All commissions are shipped via UPS from Texas to their destination. In some rare cases, packages may be sent via another company at the discretion of Vanzzini Art Studio. Purchased items from released collections, ready made artwork, etc have various shipping companies to choose from at check out.

You will ALWAYS receive a tracking number, regardless of the carrier used. If you do not receive one, please contact Vanzzini Art Studio at: vanzziniartstudio@gmail.com

Protection for shipped items

Vanzzini Art Studio cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damages once an item has left our possession and is with the nominated mail carrier. 

By purchasing shipping insurance with Route, you can quickly resolve any shipping issues with ease in under 5-10 minutes and claims are processed within 24 hours. Read more information about Route here. 

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and International orders

International orders are provided the best rate possible. Please note, all international packages are subject to duties and taxes. These are established by your local customs authorities. Vanzzini Art Studio is not responsible for these costs. Please visit your local customs authorities website for more information. 

COVID - 19

Every commission is handled with care and protection by providing a final sanitation cleaning, wearing gloves each packaging and with a mask on. Vanzzini Art Studio holds the safety and health of their clients with the upmost respect.
